An assistant comes and second shoots as a courtesy to you for free! Paid second shooters are available at an extra cost.
That would all depend on timing and availability. If you are late for your session, that does not mean you will get extra time at the end to make up for it. Since I do a lot of natural lighting, your session is timed with the sun!
No although it is recommended! Photos that are printed at walmart of walgreens do not have the same quality as if you printed from here. And it's easier!!
